A DNS works on the premise of when someone types in your domain name in a browser a call is put out to look up the domain name and see where to point the person's browser to see your website. Some hosting companies do not offer the simple service of web statistics, especially a pay to use free set up site like YTB Travel.

Our solution is simple quick and easy. All you have to do is point your DNS info to our servers and we will capture all the statistical data or traffic that is going to your site and then redirect the view to your actual site. There is no change in the speed, no lag, no latency at all when someone browses your site after this is done. You do not have to worry about permissions or security of your site. We are only redirecting your domain name nothing more nothing less. You still have full control over everything associated with your current site and domain name, you can at anytime change it back and stop this service.

If you do not know about changing your DNS and would like us to help you out we can do that many different ways. We have remote support so we can help you straight through your own computer, you can give us access to your domain name registered account to make the changes, or we can try and talk you through it on the phone.
