Sales and Return Policy

Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your monitary dealings with Diverse Computer Group, Inc.



Sales and Service

Diverse Computer Group, Inc. sells products to end user customers only. You may not purchase items for resale. We reserve the right to refuse and/or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing for resale.

Recurring services rendered and/or supplied by us may be canceled at any time without notification. If possible, we will attempt to contact you before cancelation.

If original serviced items and/or products have not been repaired properly, we will repair it again at no additional charge. If it is determined to not be related to the original issue, additional charges may apply.


Returns and Refunds

No returns or refunds on systems or parts after 15 days. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be accompanied by a sales receipt.

Service (labor) fees are non-refundable.

Pre-paid services, ie. hosting and/or service contracts are non-refundable.
