The process is actually simple. You download the small remote support program to your computer. You open it up and enter the Agent Id we give to you. Then we go to work. This is a non invasive, non threatening, simple way to fix the small things quick and easy over the Internet.

Commonly Asked Questions and Answers:

  • Is this bad for my computer? - NO, it is not bad for your computer, the program is based on VNC software which is a simple secure connection into your computer.

  • I have personal data I don't want you to see. - Not an issue, you watch us do everything unless you give us permission to block the view so we don't have to give all our fixing secretes away.

  • Does this program let you into my computer whenever you want? - NO, not at all... the beauty of this program is that YOU have to initiate the connect or it does not allow us to get in.

  • Do I need to keep this on my computer forever? - NO, you can delete it after we are done, but you will need to download it again if we ever need to get back in. It is a small file size and will not do any harm or waste space. You can keep it where ever you want.

Pricing:

Usually the remote support is free to out existing customers. If the problem is not able to be fixed over the phone/remote support we include the time spent in our normal service call changes, so you end up saving money and we spend less time repairing you computer if an east fix is found via remote support.

If you are not an existing customer, please have your credit card ready. There is a $32.00 fee for having us fix your issue over remote support. Again if through remote support we are unable to fix the issue we will apply this fee towards our regular service call charge.
